RS-98 is a highly concentrated semi-aqueous solvent replacement solution, consisting of 98% active chemicals and 2% surfactants. This solution is the primary chemistry of all the N-Terpinal products and can be diluted up to 90 percent with water.  It is designed to be used in numerous applications, which can range from a general maintenance cleaning chemical to a heavy industrial paint and coating stripper.
